at least according to Consumer Reports. The combined forces of Cingular and AT&T Wireless had the highest number of customer complaints for 2004. As a subscriber to AT&T Wireless (now Cingular), this just saddens me.. Honestly, I’d love to switch to Verizon Wireless but their phone selection absolutely sux. For now, the Audiovox SMT 5600 is the sole reason I stick with Cingular. Here’s the report.
